D series air cooler is a kind of internal cooling and cooling equipment used in Freon refrigeration unit. It is divided into three series according to applicable temperature: DL, DD and DJ. It can be applied to different storage temperatures, DL series air cooler. It is mainly suitable for fresh storage at around 0 °C. DD type air cooler is mainly suitable for -18 °C cold storage, DJ type air cooler, mainly for freezer below -25 °C.
This series of products has the following characteristics:
1. Designed for preservation, freezing and refrigeration;
2. The shell is made of high quality steel plate, the surface is sprayed, corrosion resistant and beautiful in appearance;
3. The coil tube adopts the wrong row or parallel mode, and the mechanical expansion tube is used to make the copper tube and the fins tightly combined, and the heat exchange effect is good;
4. The high-quality stainless steel electric heating tube is evenly distributed in the coil tube, and the defrosting effect is good; the electric heating tube defrosting adopts the electric heating aluminum sleeve and the fin hole close to each other, which is easy to dissipate heat and has a long service life;
5. The design of the cooling fan is reasonable, and the distance between the blades and the aluminum fins is greater than one third of the diameter of the blades to ensure sufficient effective air volume;
6. Long-distance air supply duct can be used according to customer requirements;
